By submitting a letter, you grant SHELBURNE VOICE a non-exclusive license to publish, display, and distribute your content. You retain ownership of your original content but acknowledge that it becomes part of the public record.

We collect minimal personal information (name if provided) and use it solely for the purpose of letter submission and community engagement. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
6. Prohibited Content

- Copyrighted material without permission
- False or misleading information
7. Moderation and Enforcement
SHELBURNE VOICE reserves the right to remove, edit, or reject any letter that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension from the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
SHELBURNE VOICE is not responsible for the content of user-submitted letters or any consequences arising from their publication. Users are solely responsible for their submissions.
